Family Development and Self-Sufficiency (FaDSS)

FaDSS helps families create opportunities for self-sufficiency through strengths-based assessment and referral services.

The MATURA FaDSS program has the capacity to serve 29 families within a six county area and receives referrals from DHS, PROMISE JOBS, and other agencies and organizations. The only criterion for a family to receive FaDSS services is that the family must be receiving FIP assistance.

Core Services offered through FaDSS include:

A minimum of monthly home visits

Referrals to other programs and agencies within the community

Advocacy

A tremendous amount of support
